I highly recommend Ananta Ayurveda. Anjli is passionate about helping people - she was prompt and punctual in arranging online or in-person consultations and follow up calls. She made a detailed assessment of where I was at with my health and well-being and prepared a set of diet and lifestyle changes I could make myself, as well as suggesting some tablets and treatments I could take to kick start my system. Her treatment room is clean and beautifully presented. She is very interested in educating the individual so that they know how to best care for themselves, rather than rely totally on a practitioner. She is naturally caring, gives a very personal service and is totally committed to my recovery process. I whole-heartedly recommend her!
