Panchakarma at Ananta Ayurveda

A considered pause for body and mind

Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic approach to stepping away from the pace of everyday life and returning to a more settled routine.

At Ananta Ayurveda, your experience is never a fixed formula. We begin with a personal consultation, listen to what you need, and create a carefully paced wellbeing programme around your comfort, lifestyle and goals.

Your Panchakarma journey

Begin with a personal consultation

Your practitioner will take time to understand your routines, rest, nourishment, energy and current wellbeing priorities. Together, you will agree a programme that feels appropriate, supportive and realistic.

Prepare gently

Your programme may begin with simple guidance around rest, daily rhythm and nourishing food. This preparation helps you slow down and arrive feeling ready for the experience.

Receive personalised therapies

Depending on your programme, your experience may include traditional Ayurvedic oil therapies, massage, heat therapies, gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation practices and personalised wellbeing guidance.

Every element is chosen with care and adapted to your comfort.

Rest, reflect and reconnect

Panchakarma creates protected time away from constant demands. Between therapies, you are encouraged to rest, hydrate, eat simply and reconnect with a quieter pace.

Take your routine home

Your journey does not end when you leave. We will share simple, practical recommendations to help you carry the sense of calm, rhythm and self-care into everyday life.

What clients often value

  • Time to pause and reset their routine
  • Individual attention and a programme shaped around them
  • Deeply relaxing traditional therapies
  • A calmer relationship with rest, nourishment and daily rhythm
  • Simple practices that feel achievable at home

A thoughtful approach to care

Panchakarma at Ananta Ayurveda is offered as a wellbeing experience and is designed to complement, not replace, medical care. During your consultation, we will discuss whether the programme is suitable for you and adapt, postpone or refer where appropriate.

Anjali is a very kind and highly-skilled ayurvedic practitioner. She made a thorough, detailed analysis on my health, patiently explained how Ayurveda works and suggested a few lifestyle changes. Just implementing these small changes regularly and consistently brought about a positive impact on my health. What is even more amazing is Anjali’s follow-up call/texts. I felt she is there with me throughout process, always a strong pillar of support.

I have been refered to Anjali with my ongoing sinus problem. I have been suffering with it ever since I can remember and the treatment would contain series of antibiotics that worked for only 2 weeks or so. Everyday functioning was so difficult, constant headaches and congestion. I couldn’t sleep, small things like picking something of the floor was simply painful. From day 1 of my first appointment, i found genuine care and worry in Anjali towards me and my condition. At the clinic it was not just about the herbal products, it was the care and mental support. The treatment I received and few simple lifestyle changes worked pretty much straight away and very quickly I felt relief. The cold and windy season would always bring great suffering but not anymore. Now I feel great! I simply have no words to describe what the Anjali has done for me!

Anjali is very professional, takes the time to understand the problem, gets into the root cause and prescribes an all around treatment for the issue at hand and a plan for ongoing general well being. I am very happy with the results and would strongly recommend her.

Joining Geetanjli with her passion for Ayuverda has been a very positive and calming experience for my body, mind and soul. Her continuous guidance and offering of amazing herbs have helped me manage my boils, my stomach bloating, heat toxins in my body and my anxiety levels. Most importantly, ayuverdic herbs have helped me and partner manage our lifestyles and prepare our bodies to conceive. We will continue with these herbs with a positive mind that we will achieve our goal to become parents. Thank you to Geetanjli and her knowledge of Ayuverda in supporting us through our journey. You are a beautiful soul. May God flourish your passion for Ayuverda with success
